Burst Water Pipes

This home in Oshkosh had a burst water pipe in the kitchen that flooded the entire kitchen.  Burst water pipes can be a particular problem when they are on outside walls in the winter time.  If there is not proper insulation in the home, or around the pipe, water inside the pipe can freeze and lead to broken pipes. A simple way to help avoid frozen pipes in the kitchen is to open the cabinet doors underneath the sink to allow warm air in.    

This customer took advantage of a bad situation and gave their kitchen a little update in the rebuild process.
