Burst Overhead Sprinkler Head

An overhead sprinkler caused extensive water damage to over 1,200 square feet in this Stevens Point church.  A meeting room, which was over 800 square feet, required an hour and a half to move the chairs and other furniture before we could even start water extraction.  Nearly 400 square feet of hallway and landing were affected by water migration.

In addition to water extraction, 62 chairs were cleaned and a small area of drywall had to be torn out. Air movers and dehumidifiers were placed strategically and remained in place for three to seven days because of the extent of the water damage.
